Roberto Pabon

Roberto Pabon is a Senior Paralegal at Benach Pitney Reilly LLP. He began working in immigration law in 2018 and worked at two other immigration firms before joining the team.

Roberto works directly with attorneys to prepare immigration applications, petitions, and court filings. His experience includes asylum, family-based immigration, waivers, naturalization, consular processing, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases.

Roberto is from Mérida, Venezuela, and lived in Costa Rica before moving to the United States. As an immigrant himself, he knows how hard it can be to build a life here without a work permit or green card. Seeing clients receive theirs is his favorite part of the work because he understands what that change can mean in everyday life.

He enjoys getting to know his clients and knowing that he is doing something for his community. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Outside of work, Roberto enjoys discovering music, traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family, including his dog Mochi and cat Ryu.
