Anna Martinelli-Parker

Anna Martinelli-Parker is a Paralegal at Benach Pitney Reilly Immigration. She works directly with clients and attorneys to prepare petitions, applications and filings in immigration court and federal court.
Anna was born and raised in Mexico City. She moved to Washington D.C. with her family as a teenager, and her interest in immigration stems from her experiences living on both sides of the border. She graduated from Yale University in 2024, where she obtained her B.A. in Linguistics and Philosophy. As an undergrad, she volunteered with the Center for Children’s Advocacy in Connecticut, helping immigrant children acquire Special Immigrant Juvenile visas to remain safely in the US with their families or guardians.
In her free time, Anna enjoys cooking spicy food and watching ice hockey. Go Caps!
