Calvin Shealy

Calvin Shealy is a Senior Paralegal at Benach Pitney Reilly LLP. He works directly with attorneys to prepare petitions, applications, and filings, specializing in business immigration matters.

Prior to joining Benach Pitney Reilly LLP in October 2026, Calvin worked with a law firm in New York City and assisted with a wide variety of business immigration cases for nearly seven years.

He is skilled in navigating the non-immigrant visa processes all the way to obtaining a greencard, including the H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, I-140, and I-485. He also specializes in the PERM labor certification process. With a passion for immigration, Calvin is committed to helping clients on their journey.

Calvin is a Marymount University graduate from which he obtained a B.A. in Political Science.

In his free time, Calvin enjoys spending time with family, playing musical instruments, reading, writing, and learning new ways to be creative.
