Associate Attorney

Farah Khan is an associate attorney at Benach Pitney Reilly LLP, where she is dedicated to advancing immigrant justice through compassionate and zealous advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, Farah worked as a Senior Program Associate with the Acacia Center for Justice’s Unaccompanied Children’s Program and as a staff attorney at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), where she directly represented unaccompanied migrant children in their immigration proceedings.

Farah earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar. Farah is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
